KENT: A recurring problem within the city

A recurring problem with the City of Milledgeville: I, as a resident of the City of Milledgeville, have an implied contract with the City of Milledgeville. This contract requires me to pay for water, sewer and garbage. This contract should require City of Milledgeville to provide water, sewer and garbage services.

Over the years, I have had various problems with both garbage and recycling through the City of Milledgeville. Last week, I again did not get trash service. I spoke with City of Milledgeville this morning. She told me to call Advance Disposal. 

I do not pay and am not a customer of Advance Disposal. I pay the City of Milledgeville for services.

Again, I pay the City of Milledgeville. The City of Milledgeville contracts with and pays Advance Disposal.
