KIRSCHLING: Wow, it snowed in Milledgeville!!!

If you drive down Kings Road or the Vinson Highway ( or countless other roads)you’ll see all of the white stuff on the side of the road. It’s amazing! Oh wait …it’s not snow. It’s litter !!!

once again instead of picking up the litter before they cut the grass, they have mowed up the litter into a thousand pieces!  I appreciate the attempt to give us a white Christmas.  But really?

When is Baldwin county going to put resources into the litter problem?  And when are the people doing this in our county going to have some respect for our land and environment?

There are so many things in our world that we have no control over. But choosing NOT to throw our stuff out of the car window or lazily dropping bottles and wrappers as we are walking along is something we each CAN control.

If we do have a white Christmas this year, let it be snow and not litter.
