ANDREWS: Money buys elections

Every day we are informed by the press and news media of allegations of corruption by the Clintons: e-mail cover up, Benghazi, and now influence pedaling using the Clinton fund, using authority in the state department. We are also seeing the Clintons spending millions of dollars using the news media to paint the opponent, Trump as the villain. Have we got a case of the abuser being the accuser. The thought comes to mind of how can anyone run for political office against the Clinton campaign, where money buys the outcome. The media seeks the money and not the truth. If the allegations are true the American voters must know the truth before election day.
This election has become an embarrassment to our country in the eyes of other nations. I have personally requested, through our district, Washington Senate and House members, that this election be stopped until due process reveals if the allegations are true. That the president must stop supporting the Clintons until the people know the truth. He is acting in conflict of interest. We are voting for the president of the United States, the highest office in the land. For that position to be filled by a person who is unqualified, not trustworthy, may have broken the law, is unthinkable. Americans deserve and must have better than this. We are a nation of laws that we uphold. There should be no exceptions. That is the way I see it.
