KIRSCHLING: County mowing needs coordination to help with litter

I am appreciative of the county mowing the right-of-ways!

Nice to have grass lower.

But … is there any way they can coordinate so litter is picked up before the mowing?

We went down 441, and there were lots of mowers. And only a couple of people picking up litter … AFTER the right-of-way had been mowed!! Thus, there were tons of itty bitty pieces of litter that I can’t imagine is easy to be picked up and likely will remain.

Just commenting in the hopes this process can be better coordinated. Honestly, if manpower is the problem I’d rather they let the grass grow and get rid of the litter.
