The following is information compiled from public records of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. Criminal Trespass

An officer was dispatched to an apartment in the 2400 block of Brantley way on Feb. 16. The officer spoke with a woman who said that when she arrived home on Feb. 15, she noticed damage to her front and back window screens. She also observed several scratches on her neighbor’s front door. 

 

Shoplifting

An officer met with Walmart personnel on March 2, in reference to a possible shoplifting. The officer spoke with an employee who said that a man was checking out in the self-checkout aisle and using a lower price tag to scan in all of his merchandise. Walmart employees apprehended the man and he was trespassed from the store.
