Criminal Trespass
An officer was dispatched on Dec. 13 to a residence on Jackson Street. He spoke with a woman who said that her adult son left around 3 a.m. that morning and she told him “that he wasn’t going to be running the streets and bringing that COVID-19 back in her house” so she locked the door and went to her sister’s house. She said when she returned to her home, the front door had been kicked in and a window was broken. She suspects that her son did the damage, although there were no witnesses or evidence to support her claim.
