EDITOR’S NOTE: An indictment is an allegation of criminal conduct. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt.

A Baldwin County man recently was indicted by a grand jury for sexual related crimes against children.

The defendant in the case was identified as Jimmie Lee Evans, according to records filed in the Baldwin County Superior Court Clerk’s Office in Milledgeville.

Evans was indicted last month on three counts of sexual exploitation of children, records show. Each count reportedly happened on Aug. 23, 2023.

Grand jurors said each count involved “material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.”

The case was investigated by Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Special Agent Ethan Brown.

In an unrelated case, grand jurors indicted another Baldwin County man on a sexually related crime against a child under the age of 16.

The defendant in that case was Hasun Santel Reaves, who is also known as “Duke.”

Reaves was indicted on one count of child molestation, court records show.

The case was investigated by GBI Special Agent Christian Nesci.

A separate case, meanwhile, led to grand jurors returning a true bill of indictment against a woman who worked at a medical facility and had sexual relations with a patient.

The defendant was identified as Esther Nduwimana.

She was indicted on a charge of sexual contact by an employee or agent in the first degree, court records show.

Grand jurors accuse Nduwimana of knowingly engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a person whom the accused knew was “contemporaneously” a patient at a hospital where she was an employee.

The crime reportedly happened on or about June 28, 2024.

The case was investigated by GBI Special Agent Amanda Hammock, who is assigned to the GBI Region 6 Office in Milledgeville.

Grand jurors also indicted another local man in connection with a separate sexually related crime.

The defendant in that case was identified as Jimmy Terrell Scott.

Scott was indicted on the charge of criminal attempt to commit rape.

The crime reportedly happened March 25, 2025.

Milledgeville Police Department Detective Michael McLeroy investigated the case and made the arrest.

In another case, Mary Delores Moore was indicted on a charge of aggravated stalking.

The crime reportedly happened on March 23, 2025.

Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Kelli Goss investigated the case and made the arrest.

In another case, Goss also investigated a crime that led to the indictment of another local woman.

The defendant in that case was identified as Holly Dannielle Fulford, court records show.

Grand jurors indicted Fulford on two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.

The crimes reportedly happened on May 28, 2024.

Fulford is accused of having “maliciously” failed to provide adequate food, water, sanitary conditions and ventilation for two different dogs she owned at the time.
