- Alaynah Luttrull opened Integrative Wellness Medical Massage, located on Heritage Road, last fall.
After some time away, Alaynah Luttrull returned home to Milledgeville. She moved overseas at 12 years old with her family, later graduating from high school in Germany. She called growing up in Europe a “wonderful” experience, where she learned a great deal.
Georgia was always on her mind, though, which led to Luttrull’s decision to return for college and start her career. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Georgia College & State University and attended Middle Georgia School of Massage, where she graduated as a licensed massage therapist and corrective exercise specialist. In recent years, she has also become certified in lymphatic drainage.
The human body has fascinated Luttrull since her teenage years.

“From the start, massage therapy was a career path that was on my mind. I believe that there is healing power in therapeutic touch,” she said.
Her time at Georgia School of Massage in Gray, Georgia allowed her to work with different people with varying conditions and really grow as a therapist.
After finishing school, Luttrull worked in Gray for six months but a desire to work closer to home in Milledgeville lingered in her heart and mind. When the opportunity to rent a fantastic office space appeared, she took a leap of faith and decided to start her own business — Integrative Wellness Medical Massage.
“I wanted to bring the clinical approach to massage to Milledgeville,” Luttrull said. “I don’t know of many therapists that take my approach to massage, so I hoped I’d be able to work with clients in a different way to help them on their journey to healing and optimal wellness.”
Located at 3015 Heritage Road, Unit 3 in Milledgeville, Integrative Wellness Medical Massage offers several services.
“I offer many modalities of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, medical, trigger point and NMT (neuromuscular therapy). I do integrative massage, which is a clinical approach to massage that combines all of my experience and schooling.” Luttrull said. “I bring everything I have ever learned into every massage I do.”

With her certification in lymphatic drainage, the business additionally offers that service to clients. Clients can also choose to have CBD oil, essential oils for aromatherapy, or cupping added to their massage session as add-ons.
Luttrull started by working three days a week last May but took over the lease at the office and opened full-time in October 2024. Though she said she was nervous at first about attracting clientele, the response has been positive and Integrative Wellness Medical Massage continues to grow.
The business is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Clients can call or text Luttrull directly at 478-363-6273 to schedule an appointment. For online booking, visit https://www.milledgevillewellness.com/ and click the “Book Now” button on the top right of the screen. Once there, clients can select the service they want, and then select the day and time for service. Prices for Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, medical, or NMT modalities are the same but do change depending on the length of the massage.
The business offers gift certificates online and in the office as well.
Bringing Integrative Wellness Medical Massage to Milledgeville means a lot to Luttrull.
“Milledgeville has my heart, so being here and getting to work with my community is a dream come true. So much of my journey up to this point has been leaps of faith. Around every turn, there has been something I wasn’t expecting,” she said. “I have had to take a breath and jump on more than one occasion, which has been both exhilarating and terrifying. It’s all working out, though, and I feel so incredibly blessed and proud to see all of these dreams coming together.”
