Exchange Bank announces the recent election of Derek Pettigrew as an advisory member to its board of directors.

A Certified Public Accountant and Senior Partner of Pettigrew & Pettigrew CPAs, Pettigrew brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his advisory role with Exchange Bank.
Born and raised in Baldwin County, Pettigrew is a proud alumnus of Baldwin County High School, class of 1996. He continued his academic journey at Georgia College & State University, earning a BBA in business and accounting in 2000. With over 24 years of professional experience, Pettigrew has established himself as a respected figure in the local business community.
In addition to his professional achievements, Pettigrew is an active community leader. He is an alumnus of the Leadership Baldwin Class of 2011 and has previously served on the Leadership Baldwin Board of Directors. He is an engaged member of the Milledgeville Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce and has served as an Ambassador for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. His commitment to community service is further reflected in his involvement with Northridge Christian Church, where he currently serves on the Children’s Ministry Welcome Team.
He and his wife, Dana, have been married for 20 years. Dana Pettigrew is a dedicated 10th-grade history teacher at Georgia Military College Prep School. Together, they have three children ages 8, 13 and 15, all of whom attend GMC Prep School. His hobbies include golfing and spending quality time with his family on Lake Sinclair and St. Simons Beach. His passion for serving the community, combined with his professional expertise, makes him a valuable addition to Exchange Bank’s Board of Directors.
