EDWARDS: Thank you hospital staff

Recently, cardiologist Dr. Carmine Oddis directed my outpatient procedure at Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin in the Ambulatory Care Unit. Charge nurse Amber Lamb answered my initial inquiries by telephone and made several advance arrangements to ensure I had a successful experience. I was so pleased with her commitment and knowledge. She made a stressful experience so much easier!!

Other staff members who were present and cheerful include Jake Youmans, CRNA, Richard Thomas, anesthesiologist, nurses Denise Shettles, Joy Lyle and Sherry Hussey. Everyone’s support and competence really kept me comfortable and with minimal anxiety. Thank you to all of you for leaving me with such a positive impression. I wanted our community to know you take good care of us!!
