Letter to the Editor

My telephone services was out for a month. I finally called Mr. James Calloway, who is the area supervisor. He his such a nice, kind gentleman. He sent a technician out to my place to check out the equipment. He discovered that it was the modem that had worn out. He was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions. Yet he was very professional and did a great job replacing the modem and getting my phone working again. I have to say thank you, Mr. Calloway and thank you Cole for the great job you’ve done. From an 80-year-old senior who knows zilch about most modern technology — may God continue to bless you both.
