The following is information compiled from public records of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. Theft

An officer was dispatched on Dec. 27 to an apartment in the 200 block of North Irwin Street in regard to a possible theft that took place on West Charlton Street. The officer spoke with a woman who said her boyfriend’s walled had been stolen. She said the walled was in the center console of her black Ford Escape. There were two other people inside the vehicle with her. She said she opened the middle console while the two others were inside the vehicle and the wallet fell out. She said everyone got out of the vehicle but when she returned to the vehicle the wallet was missing. She could not provide contact information for the others who were inside the vehicle. The boyfriend said that the wallet was brown with an Alabama Crimson Tide logo on it. He was advised to cancel his debit card and other personal information. 

Theft

An officer met with a woman on Dec. 27 in regard to a stolen trailer. The woman said the trailer was located in the 200 block of West Martin Luther King Drive. She said that it was a customized pull-behind trailer with a slanted tin roof, valued at approximately $6,700. She did not have the registration information. Due to the lack of information at this time, no GCIC entry was able to be completed.
