Tuesday Grand Jury returns indictments

MILLEDGEVILLE — The Baldwin County Grand Jury issued 33 indictments Monday. The following were indicted:

• Beverly J. Williams was indicted on two counts felony theft by taking.

• Clarence Burney was indicted for one count theft by shoplifting misdemeanor, on county felony theft by shoplifting, one count false statements, one count aggravated assault and one count possession of firearm by convicted felon.

• Joesph L. Pagan, Joseph W. Pagan and Tommy Register were indicted for single counts of burglary in the first degree and armed robbery. The group also has two counts of aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

• Jody Moon and Holly Denton were both indicted. Moon alone for one count statutory rape and tattooing body of a person under age of 18. Denton and Moon share one count of contributing to delinquency of a minor.

• Jennifer Crouch and William Fowler were indicted for one count Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (VGCSA) possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Crouch had an additional VGCSA misdemeanor marijuana possession.

• Paris Binion was indicted on one count VGCSA possession of cocaine, while Tyrone Thomas had one count of VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Tommy Allen, Jr. and Jamel Cooper were indicted for VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Cooper had two separate counts for VGCSA possession and sale of cocaine. Allen was indicted for additional single counts for VGCSA cocaine possession, DUI, headlight requirement, tag light requirement and failure to dim lights.

• Jerry Adams was indicted for six VGCSA counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, possessing oxycodone with intent to distribute, as well as hydrocodone, alprazolam, and marijuana possession. Tyrell Adams was indicted for VGCSA possession of methamphetamine.

• Willie Womack was indicted on one count VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, taillight violation and seatbelt violation.

• Sulieman Williams was indicted on one count of false representations to obtain unemployment benefits.

• Jose Villatoro was indicted for aggravated assault upon a correctional officer.

• Kevin W. Tucker was indicted on three VGCSA possession of methamphetamine, alprazolam and marijuana counts.

• Christopher Smith was indicted for one count VGCSA possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, one count VGCSA cocaine possession, one count possession of a firearm during commission of a crime, one count false statements and one count VGCSA marijuana possession.

• Keith Russell was indicted for aggravated assault.

• Timothy Roberts was indicted on two counts of statutory rape and incest, along with one count aggravated child molestation.

• Johnnie Reynolds, Jr. was indicted for false representations to obtain unemployment benefits.

• Kendrick L. Reeves was indicted for one count VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, seatbelt violation and defective equipment.

• Deangelo Reeves was indicted for one count VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and failure to maintain lane.

• Martin Quintero was indicted for possession of telecommunications device by an inmate.

• Sable Porter got indicted for felony theft by shoplifting.

• Deanne Lucas was indicted for single counts of VGCSA alprazolam possession, DUI, stop sign violation and open container violation.

• Dakari Knighten was indicted for two counts felony obstruction of an officer. Knighten faces an obstruction of officer misdemeanor and underage possession of alcohol as well.

• Robert Jackson was indicted for VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Ronrico Harris was indicted for aggravated stalking.

• Davara Grable was indicted for 11 counts of identity fraud.

• Jeffery Furlow was indicted for two counts first degree burglary.

• Tracey Freeman was indicted for four counts child molestation, one count terroristic threats and one count false imprisonment.

• Ellis Edinfield was indicted for aggravated assault.

• Jason Crawford was indicted for aggravated assault.

• Todd Claybourne was indicted for false representations to obtain unemployment benefits.

• Andrew Brown was indicted for one count aggravated battery and assault.

• Harold Bonner, Jr. was indicted for one count VGCSA hydrocodone possession and DUI.

• Antavious Bailey was indicted for two counts possession of telecommunications device by an inmate.

Indictments by the grand jury do not indicate guilt or innocence. An indictment means the grand jury feels there is enough evidence to move forward with charges. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty.
