Mr. and Mrs. Roger Marxsen are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann, to Christopher Dane Bazemore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Bazemore of Gordon.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. John Bryce of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Mrs. Roger Marxsen and the late Rev. Roger Marxsen of Jekyll Island.
She is a 2005 graduate of First Presbyterian Day School and a 2009 graduate of Georgia College & State University, where she will also receive her master of business administration degree in May 2010. She was a member of Delta Pi Sorority.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Daisy Cone and the late Mr. Gilbert Cone and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Bazemore Sr., all of Dublin.
He is a 2004 honor graduate of John Milledge Academy. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgia College & State University in 2009 with an exercise science degree and he plans to attend medical school.
The wedding is planned for May 22, 2010 at Christ Episcopal Church in Macon.
