Mr. and Mrs. Wilse Davis of Eatonton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Sherelle Davis of Eatonton, to Alexander LaRon Galloway of Gordon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Galloway of Gordon.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gantt Lovins
of Milledgeville, and the late Mr. Lamar B. Wood of Milledgeville
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Davis of Milldgeville. She is a graduate of Putnam County High School in Eatonton and she is pursuing a degree in cosmetology.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Ms. Jeanne VanDoorn and the late Mr. Lyle Spaeth, and step-grandfather Mr. Jerry VanDoorn and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Galloway of Milledgeville.
He is a graduate of Baldwin High School and he is currently serving in the United States Army.
