MILLEDGEVILLE — Mr. Marvin Leon Fraley Jr. and Ms. Diana Hall are pleased to announce their upcoming wedding. The bride-elect is the daughter of Ruby J. Hall & Mrs. John William Cartwright. The groom-elect is the son of Juanita Glenn and the Late Marvin Leon Fraley, Sr. The wedding will be held on March 24, 2012 at The Chapel of All Faith and the reception will take place at Walter B. Williams Park. Family and friends are invited to attend.
