MILLEDGEVILLE — Mr. Dalton Pearce and Mr. Jordan Herrington announce the recent marriage of their parents, Ms. Jamie Pearce and Mr. Jeff Herrington.

The beach ceremony was held at East Beach on St. Simons Island, June 18, 2011.  

Following the sunset ceremony, family and friends enjoyed a trolley ride through the village followed by a low country boil dinner reception at Village Creek Landing.

On Friday evening the families were treated to a rehearsal dinner at the home of Ms. Nancy Hillis of St. Simons and hosted by the groom’s parents, Sheila and Wayne Weddon of Statesboro. Guests staying at the St. Simons Inn by the Lighthouse greeted the wedding party afterwards at a welcome reception hosted by the bride’s parents, Kathie and Jim Kueven of Milledgeville.

Following a honeymoon at Sea Island and St. Augustine, Fla., the couple will make their home in Statesboro.
