Anita Joan Cochran 71, of Eatonton, formally of Jacksonville, Fla. passed away Nov. 10, 2012.
She was born March 2, 1941 to Howard and Dorothy Gold Bandman in Bronx, N.Y. Mrs. Cochran was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Dorothy Bandman, husband, Charles Cochran and sister, Jacqueline Cumbie. She was a retired registered nurse, and a member of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile.
Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at Pine Grove Cemetery at 2 p.m.
Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Cochran Cumbie and husband, Mike, of Eatonton; son, Charles Brian Cochran and wife, Lyn, of Jacksonville, Fla.; brother; Albert Bandman and wife, Mary, of Ohio; granddaughter, Alysa Erin Cochran of Jacksonville; nieces, Lauren Bandman and Katherine Bandman; nephews, Howard Jay Cumbie of Jacksonville, Alan L. Cumbie of St. Augustine and Daniel Bandman; grand nephews, Michael Cumbie and Nicholas Cumbie.
