WARNER ROBINS —
Wesley Dennis Johnson, affectionately known by his friends and loved ones as “Denny,” was born Dec. 30, 1955, to Raymond and Annelle Turner Johnson and died Oct. 19, 2012, of colon cancer.
Denny was raised in Macon and then made his home in Milledgeville where he operated his own business, Johnson’s Lawn Service.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving sisters and their husbands, Ray Ann and Berner Johnson of Spotsylvania, Va., and Susan and Carlton Cook of Byron; uncle, Kenneth Turner; and stepmother, Gloria Johnson of Macon. Susan Carlton and Kenneth provided ardent, faithful support during his illness.
Denny was a member of Primitive Baptist Church and is forever a beloved child of God.
A graveside service was held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Grace Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 4579 Sardis Church Road, Macon.
