MILLEDGEVILLE — Funeral service for Mr. Willie “Beaver” Worthen, 69, of Sparta, Ga., will be Thursday March 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Stanton Grove Baptist Church in Sparta with the Rev. Elijah Barnes Pastor/Eulogy. Interment will follow in Stanton Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Willie “Beaver” Worthen leaves to cherish his memories his sons, Willie J. (Wanda) Worthen Jr. and Ronald R. Worthen; four grandchildren; siblings, Fannie Worthen (Levi) Primus, Inez Worthen- Hampton, Betty Worthen (Leo) Wheeler, Willie James Worthen, Melvin (Tara) Worthen, Patricia Worthen- Clayton and Johnny G. (Renette) Worthen; and sister-in-law, Shirley Dixon-Worthen.

Ingram Brothers Funeral Home Inc., 249 Spring St. in Sparta has charge of arrangements.
