MILLEDGEVILLE — Mr. Audrey Frazier, 81, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, February, 21, 2013, at 2 p.m. in Williams Funeral Home Chapel of Milledgeville with the Rev. Larry Glover officiating. Interment will be private in Heritage Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 to 7pm.

Mr. Frazier was a native of Hancock County and had lived most of his life in Baldwin County. He was the son of the late Gordon and Milissa Porter Frazier. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, owned Frazier's Phillip 66 Station, and was a wonderful husband, great father and pa-pa.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Frazier; daughters, Ann (Grady) Parker and Terry (Chuck) Duke, all of Milledgeville; sons, Chip (Beth) Barrett of Eatonton; sister, Earline (George) Dickerson of Sandersville; grandchildren, Rachel Duke, Sherry Chambers, Cindy Williams, Christina Morrison and Frederick Smith; nephews Raymond Hinton, Al Frazier and G.L. Frazier; Best Furry Friend Teddy; 10 great- grandchildren and three great- great-grandchildren.
