Will "Billy" (Hoagie) Rainsley Williams of Lake Sinclair, passed away on Dec. 25, 2012.
He is survived by wife, Theressa Boutelle Williams; his parents, Bill and Dot Williams of Guyton; his sisters, Jennifer and her husband Steve Andrews of Hanover, Md., and Denise and her husband Steve Driggers of Rincon; his brother, Jeff and his wife Kelly of Loganville; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. We will join together soon for a celebration of his life.
