Homegoing aervices for Mr. Grady Bishop Jr. of Milledgeville will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013. Service time is scheduled for 1 p.m. at New Beginnings Worship Center, 200 Southside Drive in Milledgeville. The interment will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, Grady answered the call and made his sacred journey home to be with the Lord.
He is survived by his father, Grady Bishop Sr. of Milledgeville; daughter; Krystal Jackson; a devoted companion, Francis Hogan; step-children: Jessica Hogan, Angela Simmons, David Simmons, all of Milledgeville; four sisters: Nettie Liggins, Brenda (Jimmy) Stephens, Roxanne Bishop and Tonya Bishop, all of MIlledgeville. He also leaves six beautiful grandchildren and a loving host of aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
