MILLEDGEVILLE —
Barbara Lee Scruggs Epps, 58, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at Knowles Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. Marvin Mason officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Epps was a native of Spartanburg, S.C. but had made her home in Hancock County for the past 19 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Knowles Chapel Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late Claude and Mary Scruggs.
Survivors include her husband J. B. “Buck” Epps of Sparta; two children, Jerry Wyatt and Charlotte Godbey; a brother, Randy Scruggs; three sisters, Debra Waytt, Cathy Burgess and Christine Adams all of Spartanburg, S.C.
The family will receive friends Sunday from noon until 1 p.m. at Knowles Chapel Methodist Church.
