MILLEDGEVILLE — Funeral service for Mr. Oscar Bacon Jr. of 162 Central Ave., Sparta, will be Saturday January 19, 2013 at 2 p.m. at St. Mark A.M.E. Church in Sparta. The Rev. Robert Knight, pastor, and the Rev. Stevie Lott, Eulogy, will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mark A.M.E. Cemetery.

Mr. Oscar Bacon Jr. leaves to cherish his memories: daughters, Evelyn Lowe of Columbus, Ga, and Catherine Usry of Sparta; sons, Bobby Bacon, Roderick H. Bacon, both of Sparta, and Tillman Bacon of Macon; one sister, Ella M. Willams of Cleveland, Ohio;10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place at Ingram Brothers Funeral Home on Friday, January 18, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Ingram Brothers Funeral Home Inc., 249 Spring St., Sparta, has charge of arrangements.
