Judy Brabham

PFAFFTOWN, N.C. — Mrs. Judy Anne Woodruff Brabham, 69, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 11, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, S.C. She was born July 31, 1943, in Knoxville, Tenn., the daughter of the late Horace G. Woodruff and Frances Brown Woodruff. Judy was retired from Sara Lee and attended Vienna Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. Judy is best described by Proverbs 31. She was a true servant to others as a kind, loving and Godly woman whose smile could brighten up a room.

Judy is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Billy Ray Brabham; her three daughters, Deborah Anne Heath (Rodney) of East Bend, N.C.; Dana Perry (Allen) of Winston-Salem, S.C.; and Danielle Hull of Pfafftown, N.C.;  her son, Donnie Brabham (Nancy) of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two sisters, Shirley Arrington of Perry, Ga., and Debbie Woodruff of Tobaccoville, N.C.

Funeral services for Mrs. Brabham will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with the Rev. Jeff Clawson officiating. The family will receive friends directly following the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at Rural Hall Memorial Park in Rural Hall.
