Flora Benefield

Mrs. Flora C. Benefield of Newnan passed away Thursday, July 2, 2009.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde W. Benefield Sr.; and daughter, Norma Jones Rowe.

She is survived by her son, Clyde Wallace Benefield Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Eatonton; daughters, Pat Thornton and her husband Bing of Palmetto; Tracy Benefield and her wife Amber Smith of Newnan; sister, Dorothy Skinner of Port Richey, Fla.; grandchildren, April Jones Lovas, Amber Thornton Steele, Adam Rowe, Tyler Benefield, Tiffani Benefield, Paige Benefield, Patrick Benefield;  and great-granddaughter, Kimber Steele, due to arrive this fall.  

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 5, 2009 at 3 o’clock in the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with the Rev. John McMillian officiating.  

Interment will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 at 4 o’clock at Baldwin Memorial Gardens, 2896 N. Columbia Street, Milledgeville.
