MILLEDGEVILLE — A voter registration drive for students and community is under way this week on front campus at Georgia College.
Since Monday, more than 100 people have registered.
The voter registration drive will continue Thursday and Friday on front campus from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. GC's College Republicans, the Georgia Associations of College Republicans, and GAGOP are the event's sponsors. The College Republicans will have a table on Georgia College's front campus March 5 and 6, as well as a table in front of City Hall to encourage and remind Milledgeville to vote.
For those interested in registering to vote, participants will need to bring nothing but their personal information including name, permanent address and driver's license number.
