ATLANTA — State labor officials will host job fairs this month connecting veterans and other job seekers with more than 90 employers.
Georgia Department of Labor's Covington Career Center and the Veterans of Foreign Wars will host a fair Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at VFW Post 5290 in Conyers.
Another Nov. 10 fair is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at American Legion Post 201, in Alpharetta. A fair is also planned Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at American Legion Post 251, in Duluth.
The department's Cordele center and the Dooly County Chamber of Commerce also will co-sponsor a career fair on Nov. 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Southwest Georgia Business Development Center
