MILLEDGEVILLE — Local Yolkal Café owner Cliff Charnes presented Georgia College senior Amanda Brodzik (middle) with a $500 check for designing the restaurant's logo.
Charnes contacted GC multimedia instructor Caroline Collier (right) about his branding need.
Several of Collier's students participated in a logo contest. Brodzik, a mass communication public relations major, developed two versions for Local Yolkal with Adobe Photoshop.
The upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant utilizes The Baldwin's street level retail space at 117 W. Hancock St. Charnes hopes to open by mid-March.
