MILLEDGEVILLE — The Milledgeville Exchange Club will present its annual Christmas parade to the community at 3 p.m. Sunday downtown. Grand marshal for this year’s parade is Jesse Wall. Wall has driven Santa Claus and his escort in the parade for the past 30 years. The parade typically features around 100 entrants including local first responders. Those entries include floats, marchers, cars and trucks, horses and, of course, marching bands from GMC Prep and Baldwin High. The parade route will begin on Franklin Street, turn left onto Elbert Street, left onto Hancock Street and then left onto Clarke Street. The parade will be recorded and broadcast on cable Channel 4 in the days leading up the Christmas holidays.
