— Burglary
Someone stole a TV worth $300 and a DVD player worth $100 from an Old Williamsburg Road home Wednesday night, a sheriff’s report states.
— Giving false name
Lamar Jerome Cannaday, 22, of East Hall Street was arrested and charged for giving a false name to sheriff’s deputies. Cannaday was wanted for simple battery, trespassing and a probation violation and gave deputies false information when confronted, a sheriff’s report states.

— Theft by taking
Someone stole the license plate from a 1970 Ford F-350 pickup truck while it was parked on Timberlane Road between April 23 and May 7, a police report states.
— Criminal trespass-damage to property
Clara Criswell, 47, of 117 Lee Drive was cited for criminal trespass for leaving fecal matter all over the bathroom of the BlackBird Coffee on West Hancock Street, a police report states.
— Burglary-forced entry
Someone entered the storage shed of the McDonald’s on South Wayne Street causing $300 worth of damage Thursday between midnight and 5 a.m. Nothing was reported missing from the shed, a police report states.
— Criminal trespass
Eric Hill of 2300 OLA Court was issued a prohibited entry form for taking $32 worth of meat from a OLA Court residence. The complainant refused to press charges, but wanted Hill removed from the property, a police report states.
