<font size=3><font color=red><b>Online Extra!</font size></font></b> Grand jury indicts 85 cases

A Baldwin County Superior Court grand jury indicted 85 cases in a two-day session on July 13 and 14. Five cases were no-billed, meaning that the grand jury did not find enough evidence to indict the case.

Below is a listing of 85 cases that were indicted, including names of the alleged offenders and their charges:

— Nichole Clemons was indicted on two counts of financial transaction card fraud.

— James Edward Smith was indicted on one misdemeanor count of theft by taking.

— Ashley Shipman was indicted on one count of felony theft by taking.

— Kabretta Robinson and Tameka Rozier were each indicted on one felony count of theft by shoplifting and one misdemeanor count of shoplifting.

— Jeffrey Parham and Billy Williams were each indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Jahmsid Johnson and Tamario Wise were each indicted on one count of theft by taking of a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count of escape.

— Barry Johnson and Kenneth Veal were each indicted on one count of interference with government property.

— Thomas Grable and Ricky Turner were each indicted on one count of burglary.

— Chas Cannon, Gregory Haines, Albert McKenzie and Wesley Smith were each indicted on one count of aggravated assault upon a correctional officer.

— Robert Wright was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

— Kyle Williams was indicted on one count of felony theft by taking.

— John Arthur Webb was indicted on one count of aggravated assault, one count of felony theft by receiving stolen property, one count of discharging a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felony.

— Christopher Watkins was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of impersonating a law enforcement officer.

— Stephone Washington was indicted on one count of felony theft by taking.

— Robert Ward was indicted on one count of aggravated assault, two counts of terroristic threats and one count of reckless conduct.

— Philander Walker was indicted on two counts of child molestation and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery.

— Jenita Walker was indicted on one count of cruelty to children in the first degree.

— Joseph Tripp was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, one count of driving under the influence and one count of open container violation.

— Jaron Torrance was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count of seatbelt violation.

— Richard Taylor was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, and one count of driving while license suspended.

— Willie A. Simmons was indicted on one count of child molestation.

— Linda Simmons was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Coretta Simmons was indicted on two felony counts of obstruction of an officer and one misdemeanor count of obstruction of an officer. Simmons was also indicted on one count of false statements.

— Andre Ross was indicted on one felony count of obstruction of an officer, one count of giving a false name and one misdemeanor count of obstruction of an officer.

— Tracy Rogers was indicted on three counts of forgery in the first degree.

— Jimmy Reaves was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, one count of criminal use of article with altered identification mark, one count of carrying a concealed weapon and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

— Recardo Ray was indicted on three counts of forgery in the first degree, one count of giving a false name, one count of driving under the influence and one count of speeding.

— Justin Powell was indicted on one count of aggravated assault upon a correctional officer.

— Larry Pinkston was indicted on two counts of theft by taking of a motor vehicle.

— Larry Pinkston was also indicted on one count of false imprisonment and one count of family violence battery.

— Eric Phelps was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of disorderly conduct.

— Randall Payne was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of methamphetamine, one count of driving while license suspended, one count of driving while registration suspended and one count of driving without insurance.

— Charesa Payne was indicted on one count of identity fraud and one misdemeanor count of theft by taking.

— Sibongiseni Msezane was indicted on one count VGCSA, possession of cocaine, one count of no driver’s license and one count of driving without a license.

— Thaddeus Moss was indicted on one count of criminal damage to property in the second degree.

— Scott Morgan was indicted on one count of terroristic threats and acts.

— Troy Milner was indicted on four counts of burglary, two felony counts of theft by receiving stolen property and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

— Robert McKenzie was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of methamphetamine.

— Gavin McClure was indicted on two counts of felony obstruction of an officer and one count of disorderly conduct.

— Eramus Lewis was indicted on two counts of terroristic threats and acts.

— Dana Lewis was indicted on two counts of child molestation, one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count of furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under age.

— Santonio Lee was indicted on one felony count of obstruction of an officer, one count of attempted removal of a weapon from a public official, one count of interference with government property, one count of driving under the influence, one count of failure to maintain lane and one count of driving on the wrong side of the road.

— Dustin Lastinger was indicted on one count of child molestation, one count of aggravated child molestation and three counts of child molestation.

— Justin Lane was indicted on one count of child molestation.

— Marcus Johnson was indicted on one count of aggravated assault and one count of criminal trespassing.

— Keisha Johnson was indicted on one count of false statements of one misdemeanor count of obstruction of an officer.

— Eric Johnson was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of Alprazolam, one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a suspended license.

— Brian Johnson was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Demarcus James was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine and one count of affray.

— Randy Ingram was indicted on one count of false statements.

— Jay Chris Hay was indicted on one count of forgery in the first degree.

— Tanisha Hawkins was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Christopher Harwell was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one felony count of theft by receiving stolen property, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of driving under the influence and one count of window tint violation.

— Tobias Harty was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, one count of VGCSA, possession of Hydrocodone, one count of VGCSA, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and one count of giving a false name and birthdate.

— Kamal Hartry was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, and one count of VGCSA, misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

— Douglas Harper was indicted on two counts of burglary.

— Priscilla Hammerschmidt was indicted on one count of criminal damage to property in the second degree.

— Leroy Green Jr. was indicted on one felony count of obstruction of an officer.

— Tony T. Goff was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of methamphetamine, one count of expired license plate, one count of improperly transferred license plate and one count of driving without insurance.

— Javon Goddard was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Keith Glenn was indicted on one count of aggravated assault, one count of theft by taking a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count of theft by shoplifting.

— Judy Gibson was indicted on four counts of aggravated assault upon a peace officer, one count of interference with government property, one felony count of obstruction of an officer, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of discharging a firearm near a public street.

— Robert Franks was indicted on three counts of forgery in the first degree.

— Kevin Foster was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a public school.

— Quinterious Finney was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

— Larry Farley was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault upon a peace officer and four felony counts of obstruction of an officer.

— Major Evans was indicted on one felony count of solicitation of sodomy.

— Tavaras Ellison was indicted on one count of VGCSA, trafficking in cocaine, one felony count of attempting to elude, one count of reckless driving, one count of failure to maintain lane, one count of failure to use turn signal and one count of stop sign violation.

— Thomas Dunn was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of Alprazolam, one count of reckless driving, one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of driving without insurance and one count of expired license plate.

— Mersadies Dixon was indicted on one count of false statements.

— Michael Davis was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count of open container violation.

— Victoria Danzy was indicted on one count of terroristic threats and acts and one count of harassing phone calls.

— Christopher Collins was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of methamphetamine, one count of theft by taking, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and one count of criminal trespassing.

— Douglas Cheeks was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.

— Desmond Chamblee was indicted on one count of burglary and two counts of giving a false name and birthdate.

— Lance Cash was indicted on one count of arson in the third degree.

— Scott Cammortio was indicted on one count of aggravated assault upon a correctional officer.

— Terrence Cartwright was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a public school.

— Entee Butts was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault.

— Anthony A. Butts was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of MDMA, and one count of no headlights.

— Charles Brown Jr., was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

— Benjamin Bloodworth was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of morphine, and one count of VGCSA, possession of Oxycodone.

— Yves Blake was indicted on one count of VGCSA, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, one count of VGCSA, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

— Tiah Balkcom was indicted on one count of aggravated assault and one count of driving under the influence.

— Eva Archer was indicted on one count of aggravated assault.
