MILLEDGEVILLE — Creative Expressions Studio and the Georgia College Department of Art are bringing the community a showing of unique folk art pieces created by local artists with disabilities during a month-long exhibit, “Waste Not: A Recycled Art Show.” The public can browse through more than 50 pieces of art created by eight artists displayed at Blackbridge Hall Art Gallery from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 1 through June 30. An opening reception is slated at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8 at the gallery located across the Old Governor’s Mansion on South Clarke Street.
