The Exchange Club of Milledgeville Christmas Parade will be held in downtown Milledgeville at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6. Applications are available by calling Roc Patel at (478) 452-2335, or by contacting any Exchange Club member.



Friday, Nov. 27

All non-emergency Baldwin County departments will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving.



Monday, Nov. 30

Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open in Room 413 of Oconee Regional Medical Center. A free Mary Kay consultation is available for cancer patients during Closet hours by appointment only. Carol Griffin (478) 453-0295.

6 p.m.: “The Mourning After” a bereavement group sponsored by Hospice Care Options and the GCSU Psychology Department is held in room 1-15 in the GCSU Arts and Sciences Building. The event is free and open to the public. (478) 453-8572

6 p.m.: GCSU’s Music Therapy Department holds a community drumming circle led by Music Therapy majors. The event will be held in Room 116 of the Health Sciences Building. For more information, call Sarah Vick at (404) 660-0884.
