8 p.m. to midnight: Chick-fil-A of Milledgeville hosts its annual Fifth Quarter event celebrating after local home football games with live music and inflatable games. Saturday, Oct. 31

9:30 to 11:30 a.m.: Georgia College hosts the GREEN (GCSU Rural Economic Empowerment Network) Session in the College of Education atrium.

Sunday, Nov. 1

4 p.m.: The Choral Society of Middle Georgia presents “Requiem” by Mozart at Vineville United Methodist Church, 2045 Vineville Ave., in Macon. The cost is $10 for general admission, $8 for students, seniors and military.



Monday, Nov. 2

Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The non-profit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists building at Oconee Regional Medical Center.

7 p.m.: BINGO is held at the American Legion on Log Cabin Road. No one under the age of 18 is permitted. Refreshments are sold by the Ladies Auxiliary. (478) 452-8538

7:30 p.m.: The Oconee River Buskers Square Dance Club meets at the Walter B. Williams Recreation Center. Round dancing begins at 6:30 p.m.



Tuesday, Nov. 3

12:45 p.m.: The Milledgeville Kiwanis Club meets at the Milledgeville Country Club. Visitors are welcome to the program and to lunch with a club sponsor.

1 p.m.: The Eatonton Duplicate Bridge Club, an official member of the American Contract Bridge League, meets at the Eatonton Performing Arts Center on Madison Avenue in Eatonton. Come with a partner or e-mail Pat Turney at turney@plantationcable.net for a possible partner match.

4 to 7 p.m.: Milledgeville Marketplace, 127 E. Hancock St., features locally grown produce and hand made products.

6 p.m.: The Bicycling Club of Milledgeville meets in the parking lot behind Oconee Outfitters for its weekly road ride. Beginner pace for first hour, moderate pace later.

7 p.m.: The Sweet Georgia Sound Sweet Adeline Chorus meets at Vineville Christian Towers to practice, socialize and sing. It is for women only. (478) 932-5387
