Middle Georgia Art Association is accepting submissions for their Flowers, Twigs and Buds exhibit. The exhibit will be judged and is open to all Middle Georgia artists in all media. You must be 18 or older and out of high school to enter. Allied Arts will host a Chair Bottoming Workshop on Jan. 26, 2013 from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Registration is $62 and includes all materials. Flu vaccines are now available at the Baldwin County Health Department. They will offer both the traditional flu shot and Flu Mist, which is a nasal spray. Vaccines will cost $25 but are available at no charge to those on Medicaid, Peachcare, Wellcare, Amerigroup, Medicare Part B, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia or a State Benefit Plan through United Healthcare or Cigna.

1 to 3 p.m.: Digital Bridges Open Computer Clinic is open in the Knight Community Innovation Center, 127 W. Hancock St. Work station availability is limited. 8 p.m.: Milledgeville Humane Society hosts its Dog-Gone Benefit Concert featuring Hott With Harry Leggs at Cowboys, 2657 N. Columbia St. Proceeds go to benefit Animal Rescue Foundation.
