MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. The charges filed are noted in the narrative.



Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office

— Burglary

A man reported a break-in at his Ivey Drive residence Oct. 21 around 6 p.m. When he returned to his home, he discovered several items had been taken from his home — a 32-inch flat screen TV, a video game console with remotes and $65 in change.    



Milledgeville Police Department

— Burglary

A woman reported a break-in at her Beacon Hill rental property and the theft of a Kenmore refrigerator around 9:53 p.m. Oct. 20.

— DUI

A man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop for speeding on North Columbia Street around 4 a.m. Oct. 19.

— Entering Auto

A man reported the theft of a saw and a notebook computer from his truck as it was parked at a North Columbia Street business around 12:03 p.m. Oct. 22.  

— Burglary

A woman reported a break-in at her Grandview Drive apartment and the theft of a game console and five video games around 2:14 a.m. Oct. 19.  

— Entering Auto

A woman reported the left side door window of her vehicle was broken as it was parked at a West Thomas Street address Oct. 19. A wallet containing her licenses, Georgia College I.D., a Visa debit card, and $40 was missing from the vehicle.
