MILLEDGEVILLE — n Driving while license suspended

While conducting stationary radar observation near Baldwin High School between 2:45 and 3:45 p.m. a vehicle registered on the radar at 48 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour reduced speed zone March 1.

Upon inspection of the driver, deputies discovered that the driver’s licenses had been suspended due to a DUI charge at an earlier date.



Burglary

A man at a Honeysuckle Road address reported the theft of a 32-inch television around 7 p.m. Feb. 23. When returning home, he discovered the patio window was broken and several items out of place in the home.



Theft by taking auto

A woman reported the theft of her car from an Allenwood Road address by her ex-boyfriend sometime before March 3. The boyfriend was asking her for the title to the car on a previous date but she refused to give it to him.



Theft by Receiving Stolen Property

A woman reported the theft of her vehicle from a Johnson County address sometime before March 1. Deputies located the car at a Sherry Circle residence. Upon questioning the owner of the car, she informed deputies that she purchased the vehicle in Wilkinson County but was having a hard time registering the vehicle in her name.



Computer Trespass

A man reported that someone has been hacking into his computer for the past three years to change his operating system. The last incident happened around 2:32 p.m. March 1.
