The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. Disorderly Conduct
A man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after his neighbors reported that he and another man were in a verbal altercation in front of an Irwinton Road apartment complex around 1:42 a.m. Nov. 4. The man was using vulgar language toward the other male and the neighbors who were asking him to be quiet.
Burglary
An owner of an Irwinton Road business reported an attempted break in sometime before 11 p.m. Oct. 30. The owner returned to his establishment and noticed the back door had been pried open with a metallic object. Three Samsung surveillance cameras and a wooden table were reported missing.
Milledgeville Police Department
Theft by Shoplifting
An employee of a North Columbia Street clothing store reported the theft of a winter coat and an assortment of undergarments by a female around 6:21 p.m. Oct. 30. The woman was seen taking the merchandise on the store surveillance camera.
Theft of Services
A manager at a North Columbia Street restaurant reported that a woman left the establishment without paying for her meal around 6:49 p.m. Oct. 27. The amount of the meal totaled $16.59.
