MILLEDGEVILLE — Entering auto

A man reported that someone broke into his vehicle as it was parked at a North Elbert Street farm supply store Jan. 30. When returning to the car, he noticed that someone broke the window on the driver's side of the vehicle and removed the radio.

Criminal damage to property

An employee of a West Greene Street business reported damage to the door by a patron Jan. 30. The man became upset and exited the business through the back door. When pushed the door open with enough force to shatter the glass.

Theft by shoplifting

 A Walmart loss prevention employee reported that a male tried to leave the store with a shopping cart of miscellaneous merchandise without paying around 12:57 a.m. Jan. 27. The man attempted to leave the store with $319.40 worth of merchandise but was stopped once he reached the last point of sale.

Criminal damage to property

A female was charged with criminal damage to property after picking up a rock and throwing it through the back window of a West Martin Luther King pool hall around 4:43 p.m. Jan. 21. The woman was involved in an altercation with her husband when officers arrived on the scene.
