MILLEDGEVILLE — The following is information compiled from public records taken from reports of the Milledgeville Police Department and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office. It is our policy to not disclose the names of victims. These reports do not reflect guilt or innocence. An “arrest” does not always indicate incarceration. Milledgeville Police Department

Hit and Run

A woman ran her car over a man's foot in the parking lot of ORMC Jan. 1. After a verbal altercation inside the vehicle, the man stepped out but attempted to retrieve his items from the backseat. The female thought he was out of the vehicle and put the car in reverse, damaging his left foot.

Obstruction of an Officer

Two women were arrested and charged with obstruction of officers around 9:22 p.m. Jan. 2 after refusing to leave a Garrett Way restaurant, following a verbal altercation with one of the employees.

Theft by Shoplifting

A Walmart loss prevention employee reported that a woman took a pack of playing cards and a Hello Kitty key chain around 1:50 p.m. Jan. 3. The woman placed the items in her shirt and attempted to leave the store.
