MILLEDGEVILLE —
Carl Wilkinson and Brian Hopkins first met in 1994 when Hopkins’ wife Mandy began working at Wilkinson's Insurance Agency. Brian and Mandy, unmarried at the time, were both students at Georgia College and never dreamed their future family would develop such a special long-term friendship and future business merger with Wilkinson.
Hopkins and Hopkins Tax and Accounting and Wilkinson Tax and Accouting have merged offices, but will continue to maintain two seperate offices during 2012. In 2013, Wilkinson Tax and Accounting will be located in the Hopkins and Hopkins building.
During the year, Hopkins & Hopkins Tax and Accounting is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. During tax season, the hours are completely extendable and Hopkins and Wilkinson both allow for appointments later at night or on the weekends to make the process less stressful for the client. Both Hopkins and Wilkinson acknowledge that normal business hours might not work for every schedule and are completely flexible for their clients to ensure that every question is answered and every rebate is found.
Appointments are not necessary during regular hours, but Hopkins and Wilkinson have both found that clients prefer to make appointments so as not to wait during the day for a previous client's session to expire.
Hopkins and Hopkins is located at 187 Roberson Mill Road, Suite 101, across from the bowling alley. Hopkins & Hopkins can be reached at (478) 453-9326.
