MILLEDGEVILLE —
The Milledgeville Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce has named Elite Gymnastics as Small Business of the Quarter.
Chamber officials paid a visit to the gym Wednesday to make the official announcement. Gym owner Coni Moore, surrounded by dozens of students and staff, welcomed the officials and thanked them for their support as the gym celebrates a 20-year anniversary.
Elite was chosen from among the chamber membership as small business of the quarter, joining Cogentes, T-Bones Nursery and Fitness Plus as past recipients of the designation.
One of the four businesses will be chosen as small business of the year next month at the Chamber's Annual Dinner.
The gym employs 27 people in various positions and offers a wide array of classes for children including martial arts, gymnastics, cheer, dance and fitness.
