Bill Miner’s ghost still haunts Milledgeville history

‘Bill Miner’ (Glenn Eadie) robs the Milledgeville Convention & Visitors Bureau trolley during the 2006 Haunted Trolley Tour. Miner will again make an appearance this year along with several local ‘ghosts’ thought to still be in the Milledgeville area.
